Το μή αναγνωρισμένο κόμμα OMO Ilinden-Pirin θα προσφύγει στο συμβούλιο ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων του Στρασβούργου.

Skopje. Party of "Macedonians" in Bulgaria – OMO Ilinden-Pirin will sue Bulgaria at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, while before that it plans to stage protests in Bulgarian capital city Sofia and other towns to attract the attention of the international community, "Macedonian" Vreme newspaper writes.
The still unregistered organization thinks that the fundamental human rights of "Macedonians" in Bulgaria are being violated and it will require for the Court in Strasbourg to oblige Bulgarian authorities to register the organization.
OMO Ilinden-Pirin also requires for the state institutions to stop acting slightingly over the problems the organization faces in the country.
According to organization’s leadership, it should change its strategy used to realize "Macedonians" rights in Bulgaria more easily. Instead of conducting a juridical battle at the Bulgarian courts, which seems like “mission impossible”, OMO Ilinden-Pirin decided to file a claim against the Bulgarian state, which they believe to be deliberately violating the rights of minorities.
